With over 40 years of clinical experience, Dr. Ron has made it his goal to help people minimize stresses and build resilience in the modern world. A few years after graduating from dental school, Dr. Ron found himself encountering patients with chronic headaches and neck aches. He discovered the link between 'dental stress' and its effect on the rest of the body, from anything to how well you sleep to chronic infections. He has created a model of stress that he's personally and professionally been using for over 35 years, and can be found in his book, A Life Less Stressed.
Dr. Ron is one of Australiaβs leading holistic health advocates. Over 35 years of clinical practice he has developed a holistic approach to health and wellness, as well as a comprehensive model of how stress impacts our lives. His 2018 book A Life Less Stressed: the 5 pillars of health and wellness has been published internationally. His own weekly podcast Unstress with Dr. Ron Ehrlich. explores and expands on themes of his book, with world leaders in areas of health and regenerative agriculture Dr. Ron gained his Fellowship in Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (FACNEM). He is currently President of the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM). In 2019 he was awarded a Fellowship in Lifestyle Medicine (FASLM).
